Oh yes once again! We do like the duck done this way. (Find the 5 Hour Roasted Duck recipe in the Boise Foodie Blog recipe file at Boise Foodie Recipes) Made Creamed Spinach with Grand Marnier Cream and Baked Sweet Potato and Duck Gravy to go with the duck. Perfect combinations! Certainly was delicious! And then top that off with a super good 1985 Rose Creek Winery Cabernet Sauvignon. That is still a super wine. On a scale of 1-20, easily a 19.7.
